- Why can I not track my tracking number?

- When will my order be shipped?

- My tracking is not being updated. When will I receive my order? 

There are some of the many questions we received at this time and could not reply to the customer immediately. This article is to tell you all about the reason why we are delaying your message.

First of all, we want to say sorry about this inconvenience for you guys waiting.

In fact that our Customer Service team is overloading. Massage is increasing every day. You can see the screenshot below:

We know that waiting at that time is quite difficult while everyone wants to receive their order as soon as possible.

We did try our best to respond as quickly as possible to solve the customer problem. 

And one more time, we affirm that we do not cheat any customers. You buy goods from us, then you need to wait for the goods to be produced and shipped to you during the time we mentioned. So please patient if we have not replied to your email yet. Our support team works overtime every day to send your order information as quickly as possible. We hope all you guys sympathize with us while delayed response.

We would like to mention our production and shipping times again:

- Processing Time: Within 2-5/6 business days

- Flat rate (US): Within 4-7 business days, DHL eCom tracking

It means when we received your order, it takes 1-2 days for us to complete your order process in our system, then a tracking code email is sent to you automatically. It will be available online after 24-48 hours and show you the status: En Route to DHL eCommerce Center.

Meanwhile, our factory partner will finish producing your item(s) and ship it out in 2-5 business days for transit time. Our delivery partner DHL will deliver your order within 4-7 business days. You will receive updated shipping information via email once the parcel reaches to the DHL Center.

We want to make sure that the goods are being produced only when you ordered from us, it will take time.

The total delivery time is 14 - 17 days from the day ordered, the maximum is 21 days.

If any package takes a too long time to deliver to you over this time, please contact us and we will solve your problem immediately.

We hope for your understanding and stay calm if you haven't received a response from us.

I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt cause my wife ordered some before I did and the masks arrived. They are very nice quality. Let’s all give them a break and wait. I’ll be waiting for my order as I’m sure many more will be too.

It took a long time to get the order. But given the situation I guess it should be expected. I almost insisted on a refund but I am glad I didn’t. I did receive the mask I ordered. They are well made and fit comfortable. I am glad I waited. Thank you.

I know it’s to soon to get MY masks yet, but I just wanted you to know that I understand that you are probably over working RIGHT now, so take a deep breath and relax and smile and each day things will get better for all of us. Our Savior is in control. Hope you have a good day today. 😊
