Once again we want to mention our production and shipping times,

- Processing Time: Within 2-5/6 business days

- Flat rate (US): Within 4-7 business days, DHL eCom tracking

It means when we received your order, it takes 1-2 days for us to complete your order process in our system, then a tracking code email is sent to you automatically. It will be available online after 24-48 hours and show you the status: En Route to DHL eCommerce Center.

Meanwhile, our factory partner will finish producing your item(s) and ship it out in 2-5 business days for transit time. Our delivery partner DHL will deliver your order within 4-7 business days.

Your tracking number will be updated with the expected delivery date when it reaches the local DHL Center. Then you will receive updated shipping information via email about this.

We want to make sure that the goods are being produced only when you ordered from us, it will take time.

The total delivery time is 14 - 17 days from the day ordered, the maximum is 21 days.
